Congratulations to our school Gaelic Football team who defeated Gaelscoil today in a thrilling game played in St. John’s Park. Our school Gaelic Football team is up and running. The boys have played three matches to date against Glenmore, Thomastown and Graiguenamanagh/Skeough and have recorded three victories. Our next match is away to Piltown. Our school took part in our first Active Schools Week from April 25th-29th. It was a memorable week for all in the school community. The boys had an opportunity to try out a wide range of activities including hip-hop dancing, badminton, tug-of-war, sprocket rocket cycling, soccer, pitch and putt, tennis, rounders and athletics.
