Our school took part in our first Active Schools Week from April 25th-29th. It was a memorable week for all in the school community. The Redemptorist Fathers recently visited St Marys Cathedral as part of the nationwide tour with the Blessed Virgin Icon.The school was invited along with other city schools for a special childrens ceremony. C.B.S Kilkenny has been awarded as the Southern Region of Ireland Water School of the Year for 2016. The C.B.S is one of only 4 primary schools chosen throughout the whole country.
